Free shipping on orders over €50

International shipping
7–14 business days depending on destination

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cosa Cosa pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at [cosacosahair@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the rest.

Please note: Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll resolve it immediately.
