The claw clip is smooth, and it doesn't scratch my scalp. I have very long hair, and it can hold all of it up. You just gotta twist your hair a certain way (I learned from the tutorials on Cosa Cosa’s Instagram). Another plus: shipping was very fast; I received my parcel in two days.
